Thermography detects  different temperatures from heat, humidity, moisture, water and other anomalies. We use this technology to ascertain damages in all of our claims. This is a standard operating procedure in all our inspections.  

Thermal imaging is the only Forensic Science that can detect water, moisture, heat transfer in the building envelope components.  Interior and exterior walls, roofs, ceilings and other building components.

It can detect and determine either hot or cold air exiting, or
entering around windows and doors. It is quite effective in Condominiums, glass and curtain wall applications.

We have our own Certified Licensed Thermographers on our staff. We have Drone Thermography in-house as well for multi-story buildings and roof inspections.
